About the role
DSP Zusters seeks an experienced Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM Developer/Consultant for a remote, full-time role focused on designing, developing, and maintaining CRM solutions, including configuration, integrations, and business process automation across the Microsoft Power Platform.
What you’ll do
Design, develop, customize, implement, and maintain CRM solutions
Configure and customize Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM
Build integrations using REST APIs and Web APIs
Automate business processes with Power Automate and workflows
Support solutions across the Microsoft Power Platform
What you’ll need
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
5+ years of experience working with Microsoft Dynamics CRM / Dynamics 365
Experience in CRM implementation, customization, and configuration
Strong understanding of CRM architecture and business processes
Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments
Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills
