About the role
Radiant Logistics is seeking an Engineering Manager to lead its Radiant Connect API and integrations team while staying hands-on in production code. The role oversees integration delivery and reliability, maintains ITAR/CUI data controls, and manages a distributed engineering team.
What you’ll do

Translate business requests into clear technical requirements and prioritized plans
Manage distributed/offshore team with asynchronous communication across time zones
What you’ll need
U.S. person under ITAR
Minimum 7 years' experience in software engineering or systems integration, including 2 years in management or technical leadership
Hands-on Node.js/TypeScript backend services and REST API design
Experience integrating multiple enterprise systems via APIs, event-driven messaging, file-based exchange, and data mapping/transformation
AWS (ECS, Lambda, CloudWatch), CI/CD with GitHub Actions, event streaming/data pipelines (Kafka), and relational databases (PostgreSQL/SQL Server)
Bachelor's degree in CS, MIS, IT, or related field; track record leading distributed/offshore engineering teams with agile delivery
