About the role
Kapitus is hiring Data Engineers to build a modern enterprise data platform on Snowflake and dbt, developing and migrating production data pipelines and models. The role also focuses on data quality, engineering practices, and validated delivery across distributed teams.
What you’ll do
Build and deliver a modern enterprise data platform and governed data products

What you’ll need
5+ years of hands-on data engineering experience building production pipelines and warehouse models
Strong Snowflake experience including warehouse objects, performance/cost-aware SQL, RBAC, tasks/streams, and production-scale loading
Production dbt experience with layered models, incremental models, tests, macros, and shared multi-developer CI
Expert SQL and solid Python for data engineering, API integrations, and automation
Experience with medallion architecture and engineering fundamentals (Git, CI/CD, code review, automated testing)
Data quality and verification mindset with clear written communication
