About the role
Oracle Health is hiring a Principal Platform Software Engineer to lead the design and delivery of shared platform services, improve reliability and security, and mentor engineers. The role also drives AI-assisted engineering practices across development and operations.
What you’ll do
Lead design and delivery of shared platform services

Apply AI-assisted engineering practices to development and operational excellence
What you’ll need
BS in Computer Science or related field (or equivalent practical experience)
7+ years of professional software development experience
Experience building and operating distributed services in production
Strong system design skills including data modeling, API design, and performance/reliability tradeoffs
Strong IAM-related service design experience including token-based auth, service-to-service auth, authorization enforcement, and policy design
Experience with user provisioning, entitlement services, lifecycle workflows, audit logging, and secure platform patterns
