About the role
Mentis Systems is hiring a Senior Digital Experience Designer to shape consumer-facing digital experiences through user-centered design, visual and content design, prototyping, and design systems. This onsite role in St. Louis, MO requires strong Figma and Adobe Creative Cloud skills, front-end awareness, and collaboration with content and marketing teams.
What you’ll do
Shape consumer-facing digital experiences
Apply user-centered design, interaction design, and information architecture
Create visual and content design for digital products
Develop prototypes and design systems
Partner with content and marketing teams on content hierarchy, messaging flow, calls to action, and microcopy
Connect consumer insights and data with pragmatic design decisions
What you’ll need
Strong working knowledge of Figma and Adobe Creative Cloud tools
Demonstrated experience in user-centered design, interaction design, information architecture, prototyping, responsive design, and design systems
Strong visual design capabilities including typography, layout, color, imagery, composition, and brand application
Working knowledge of accessibility and inclusive design principles
Working knowledge of HTML and CSS with understanding of front-end development practices
Clear communication, autonomy, organization, and ability to manage competing priorities
