About the role
Hyperbolic is looking for a forward deployed infrastructure engineer to deploy, validate, and support customer GPU clusters across APAC, troubleshooting hardware and network issues and owning named customer environments.
What you’ll do
Stand up, validate, and support customer GPU clusters
Own named customer environments
Investigate escalations
Coordinate hardware and provider fixes
Communicate effectively with customers, including delivering bad news and clarifying ownership
Hardware fault triage on GPU nodes (XID/ECC, dmesg, lspci, nvidia-smi)
Experience provisioning and operating GPU clusters with Kubernetes or Slurm
Customer-facing experience with sound escalation judgment
Experience with parallel filesystems and observability stacks
