CAE seeks a Strategic Growth Operations Analyst to support strategic growth and P&L business units by managing data pipelines, Salesforce architecture, CRM data quality, forecasting, reporting, and Tableau dashboards. The role focuses on improving operational processes and enhancing leadership decision-making.
What you’ll do
Manage data pipelines and data architecture
Administer and support Salesforce objects, fields, validation rules, flows, and data imports
Maintain CRM data quality and forecasting
Design and maintain Tableau dashboards with data blending, calculated fields, and automated refresh pipelines
Improve operational processes and support workflow optimization
Support leadership decision-making through reporting and analysis
What you’ll need
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Data Analytics, Engineering, or related field and 3+ years of relevant experience
Strong understanding of data pipelines, data architecture, and data quality management
Hands-on experience administering or supporting Salesforce
Experience designing and maintaining Tableau dashboards
Experience working in U.S. DoD capture, RFP, or proposal environments
U.S. citizenship required due to U.S. Government contract requirements
