About the role

What you’ll do

• Lead technical execution across product engineering programs, enterprise platforms, and cybersecurity capabilities
• Translate strategic product direction into engineering delivery plans
• Co-own platform architecture, security standards, strategy, and implementation roadmaps with cross-functional leaders
• Define product requirements, develop technical specifications, and drive product roadmaps from strategy through execution and launch
• Ensure alignment of engineering delivery with product goals and security standards
• Drive cross-functional program execution and milestone-based planning

What you’ll need

• 5+ years of experience in technical product management, technical program management, cybersecurity program management, or engineering leadership
• Experience leading complex technical programs involving enterprise platforms, cybersecurity capabilities, software engineering, or cloud-based infrastructure
• Experience with PAM, including privileged account governance, credential management, privileged session monitoring, and least-privilege enforcement
• Knowledge of software architecture, design patterns, distributed systems, system reliability, scalability, and SaaS/PaaS environments
• Secret clearance
• Bachelor's degree in a Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, Cybersecurity, or IT field
