About the role
Director role leading consulting engagements for P&C insurers, advising executives on enterprise, digital, operating-model, and AI-enabled transformations. Requires deep insurance domain experience, vendor ecosystem knowledge, and proven sales and revenue delivery.
What you’ll do
Lead client engagements and strategic-account growth
Advise executives on transformation initiatives
Deliver enterprise, digital, operating-model, modernization, and AI-enabled transformations
Support business development and achieve sales and managed revenue targets
Lead teams and coach and develop practitioners
Build client relationships and drive growth in strategic accounts
What you’ll need
10–15 years of relevant experience, including Big Four or leading advisory or strategy consultancy
Deep Property & Casualty insurance experience with underwriting and claims knowledge
Strong understanding of P&C vendor and technology ecosystem including Guidewire, Duck Creek, Majesco
Experience delivering enterprise, digital, modernization, operating-model, or technology/AI-led transformations
Demonstrated AI fluency connecting strategy and use cases to business value, delivery, risk, and governance
Proven client relationships at major US P&C firms and track record of sales and revenue targets
