What you’ll do
Lead day-to-day execution of AI Capability & Enablement function
Translate AI priorities into coaching, triage, experimentation, scalable guidance
Provide coaching and support on AI tools and workflows
Drive experimentation and testing of AI workflows
What you’ll need
At least 6 years of experience in AI enablement, digital delivery, product operations, project management, or related roles
Demonstrated experience leading cross-functional initiatives with defined deliverables
Hands-on experience with AI tools and workflows (e.g., custom GPTs, prompt engineering, AI assistants)
Structured operator with strong project management and facilitation skills including coaching
Committed to AI experimentation fluency (meta-prompting, workflow testing, custom GPT exploration)
Strong stakeholder coordination and communication skills
