About the role

What you’ll do
Drive development and implementation of comprehensive sustainment strategies
Ensure operational readiness and longevity of cutting-edge defense products
What you’ll need
5+ years of experience in product support, sustainment engineering, or systems engineering in a high-rigor environment
Detailed technical expertise in applying mechanical or systems engineering principles to complex hardware systems
Hands-on proficiency with CAD software and PLM tools, plus familiarity with military standards and IPS elements
Direct experience with sustainment methodologies (MTA, LORA, RCM, CLS) and customer-facing sustainment deliverables
Eligible to obtain and maintain an active U.S. Secret security clearance and ability to travel
Bachelor's degree in Engineering and excellent communication skills
