What you’ll do
Provide desktop, hardware, software, account, network, AV, and remote support
Maintain IT systems and contribute to business-critical technology initiatives
Support remote, on-site, and hybrid users
Provide off-hours support as needed
What you’ll need
Experience installing and troubleshooting software (MS Office, Windows Server, SaaS products)
Familiarity with ticketing systems (Zendesk, ServiceNow)
Experience with security products (endpoint, anti-virus/malware)
Basic network and VOIP phone system troubleshooting
Proficiency in supporting Mac OS-X and Microsoft Windows
Minimum of 2 years in an IT related field or relevant customer service
