What you’ll do
Maintain and operate backend services for generative listening experiences
Respond to incidents using runbooks, dashboards, and logs
Perform upgrades and tune alerts
Write clear documentation and improve system health
Safely decommission services when needed
What you’ll need
Experience operating distributed, high-volume backend services in production
Hands-on experience with Java backend services
Experience with monitoring and alerting tools such as PagerDuty, Grafana, and Prometheus/PromQL
Comfortable using AI coding tools for maintenance and migration
Strong asynchronous communication with distributed teams
Experience with Kubernetes and cloud providers like GCP
