About the role
Grow Therapy seeks a Client Success Specialist to engage with clients who have missed or canceled appointments, using empathy and clarity to help them rebook or continue care. This fully remote role involves high-empathy conversations, coaching clients through decisions, and collaborating with internal teams.
What you’ll do
Engage with disengaged clients via autodialer and help them rebook, rematch, or take their next step in care
Coach clients through decision-making and provide clarity on platform tools and provider match
Document every conversation for clean handoff and trend identification
Partner with internal teams (Clinical, Provider Operations, Support, BPO) to resolve issues
Work across payor-specific programs and understand coverage details
Champion continuous improvement by identifying recurring pain points
What you’ll need
1–3 years experience in client success, care navigation, inside sales, or mental health services
Communicate with warmth, clarity, and confidence across phone, SMS, and email
Guide clients through uncertainty and help them navigate options
Balance structure with empathy while hitting outreach goals
Stamina for back-to-back conversations throughout the day
