About the role
Lead Software Engineer role for an Emerging Technology team, responsible for designing, piloting, and scaling secure production-ready software with emerging tech, while mentoring engineers and setting engineering standards.
What you’ll do
Lead design, development, and scaling of secure software solutions
Establish engineering practices and standards
Mentor and provide technical direction to engineers
Guide complex engineering initiatives
Collaborate with product, design, data science, and security teams
Take emerging technology initiatives from POC to production
What you’ll need
Bachelor's degree in CS or related field with 8+ years experience, or 10+ years without degree
Experience designing and deploying complex enterprise applications and distributed systems
Proficiency in at least one modern language (e.g., Python, Java, JavaScript/TypeScript, C#, Go)
Experience with automated testing, CI/CD, DevOps, and production support
Experience with cloud platforms, containerization, and infrastructure automation
Experience with Generative AI, LLMs, RAG, and related technologies
