What you’ll need
5–8 years of full-cycle recruiting with in-house and agency/search/VC experience
Strong technical recruiting foundation, ideally at venture-backed startups
Sourcing-first mindset and track record closing hard-to-fill roles
Hands-on fluency with AI tools and building recruiting workflows, automation, or agents
Strong compensation and equity knowledge across startup stages
Clear, concise writing and data-minded pipeline management
