About the role
Ascii Group is seeking an onsite Salesforce Technical Lead for a large, integration-heavy Sales Order Management platform. The role is client-facing, covering solution design, SAP/AWS integrations, release management, team mentoring, and adoption of Salesforce AI capabilities.
What you’ll do
Lead client relationships and requirements gathering
Design Salesforce solutions for Sales Order Management
Oversee SAP and AWS integrations
Manage releases and production escalations
Guide and mentor the delivery team
Drive adoption of Salesforce AI capabilities
What you’ll need
10+ years of Salesforce development experience
Expertise in Apex, LWC, Flow, and SOQL
Experience with Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud
Strong REST/SOAP/Bulk API, Platform Events, and CDC integration skills
Integration experience with SAP, AWS, and MuleSoft
Knowledge of SFDX, Git, CI/CD, SonarQube, and Salesforce certifications
