About the role
The Director leads the Global EPM Cloud Systems COE's application management, overseeing architecture, monthly administration, governance, and development for consolidated financial reporting.
What you’ll do
Lead metadata change management and BRD process for system enhancements
Oversee budget, close, forecast, and data load management
Direct the global financial close consolidation process
Manage application and data governance, including SOX compliance and audits
Coordinate system onboarding for new entities and integrations
Provide leadership on urgent system issues and optimization initiatives
What you’ll need
Typically 12+ years of increasing responsibility and complexity
5+ years of management experience
Advanced understanding of Oracle EPM Cloud Suite
Comprehensive experience in financial close and reporting processes
Excellent communication and leadership skills
Bachelor's degree or global equivalent; Master's a plus
