About the role
True Anomaly is hiring a Personnel Security Officer to manage and oversee its personnel security program in Centennial, Colorado, supporting national security space missions. What you’ll need
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in security management, business, or related field
7+ years of experience in Industrial Security with significant focus on Personnel Security (PERSEC)
Deep working knowledge of 32 CFR Part 117 (NISPOM), DISS, NBIS, JADE, and related DoD/IC systems
Must be a U.S. Citizen with current Tier 5 and active Top Secret SCI clearance with SCI eligibility
Eligible to obtain required authorizations under U.S. Government space technology export regulations, including ITAR
Experience supporting SCI and/or SAP programs and Intelligence Community customers with strong audit preparation background
