About the role
CoreWeave seeks a Manager, Accounts Payable to lead day-to-day AP operations, drive process standardization and automation, and support end-to-end Procure-to-Pay across a global business services organization. The role requires deep AP experience, direct spend expertise, and a controls mindset in a high-growth environment.
What you’ll do
Lead day-to-day accounts payable operations and teams
Support end-to-end Procure-to-Pay (P2P) processes
Drive process standardization, automation, and continuous improvement
Maintain strong controls and support audit activities
Manage high-volume invoice processing and payment batch runs
Support month-end close activities including AP accruals and reconciliations
What you’ll need
8+ years in Accounts Payable or Accounting, including 3+ years leading teams
Strong experience in Direct spend type, understanding inventory, 3-way match, GRIR
Experience in high-growth, scaling environments
Hands-on experience with ERP systems (NetSuite, SAP, Coupa)
Advanced Excel skills
Strong controls mindset aligned to SOX
