About the role
ADT seeks an AI Product Lead to drive AI and automation products from discovery to adoption, partnering with business functions and the AI Center of Excellence to deliver measurable value. The role combines product management, process transformation, and technical judgment to determine the best solution for enterprise opportunities.
What you’ll do
Lead opportunities from discovery through pilot, adoption, and value realization
Determine the right solution: AI, automation, process redesign, purchased product, or no technology
Develop business cases, quantify benefits, estimate resources, and communicate trade-offs
Define product strategy, roadmaps, requirements, user stories, and MVP
Collaborate with engineering, architecture, data, security, risk, Legal, Privacy, and change management
Deliver measurable business value and product outcomes
What you’ll need
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or Analytics
5+ years in digital product management, intelligent automation, process transformation, or related
Proven ownership of enterprise products from discovery through launch and adoption
Strong product management skills including strategy, roadmaps, backlog prioritization, and success metrics
Working knowledge of generative AI, AI agents, RPA, workflow automation, APIs, and cloud AI platforms
Experience in Agile delivery and regulated or control-intensive environments
