What you’ll do

• Partner with security engineers and cross-functional teams to drive security programs
• Coordinate incident response efforts
• Improve security processes and product delivery
• Build and scale security programs and processes from the ground up
• Engage in technical discussions and learn security concepts
• Develop strong relationships with technical security teams and customer-facing stakeholders

What you’ll need

• Demonstrated success managing complex security or software development programs at an enterprise software company or startup
• Ability to engage in technical discussion and learn security concepts including threat detection, vulnerability management, incident response, and cloud infrastructure security
• Excellent judgment and composure in high-pressure situations, including during active security incidents
• Creative program management with lightweight frameworks enabling rapid iteration within a larger security and engineering organization
• Strong relationship-building with technical security teams and customer-facing stakeholders, with high empathy for end-user needs
• Proven track record of building and scaling security programs and processes from the ground up
