What you’ll do
Lead enterprise SAFe transformations
Develop Lean-Agile capabilities across leadership and technical teams
Connect product-driven practices to business outcomes
Deliver SAFe-certified courses in-house
Drive end-to-end program/ART transformations
Coach technical platform teams on Lean-Agile and product thinking principles
What you’ll need
Minimum 10 years total Lean and Agile experience driving enterprise-level change
Minimum 5 years dedicated experience coaching, training, and enabling teams in SAFe environments
Active SAFe Practice Consultant (SPC) certification
Proven accountability for leading end-to-end program/ART transformations
Experience applying Lean-Agile and product thinking to platform teams, internal tooling, and cloud/AWS infrastructure
Experience coaching non-technical business units on Lean principles
