What you’ll need
10+ years of progressive experience in Analytics, Business Intelligence, or Workforce Data Science
Experience building or deploying AI/ML models including predictive modeling, NLP, and LLM integrations
Advanced proficiency in SQL, Python/R, and enterprise HR systems such as Workday or SuccessFactors
Experience implementing a data warehouse connected to a BI visualization platform such as Tableau, PowerBI, or Looker
Exceptional narrative and storytelling ability for executive stakeholders
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, Industrial/Organizational Psychology, Business Analytics, or related quantitative field
