About the role

What you’ll do

• Lead complex cross-functional AI and automation initiatives from discovery through production launch and scaled rollout
• Establish and mature the technical project management function
• Lead operational management and change readiness across initiatives
• Manage enterprise-wide release and deployment processes and strategies
• Oversee technical delivery across multiple teams
• Drive transition of AI prototypes to production at scale

What you’ll need

• 8+ years of experience or equivalent expertise delivering products, projects, or technology applications
• Experience leading operational management, change readiness, and enterprise-wide release/deployment processes
• Advanced knowledge of product development lifecycle, technical design, and data analytics
• Hands-on experience building production systems in software, platform, research engineering, or data science
• Strong technical fluency in system architecture, cloud/infrastructure, and AI-enabled applications (LLMs, RAG, agentic workflows, evaluation/monitoring), with Agile/Scrum and Jira proficiency
• Strong stakeholder management, communication, execution discipline, and experience in regulated enterprises; AI-driven program delivery in financial services preferred
