About the role
Ramp is seeking an IT Site Specialist to handle in-person IT support, site operations, and administration of SaaS applications in its San Francisco office. The role combines deskside support with back-end identity, access, and automation responsibilities.
What you’ll do
Provide in-person IT support and deskside troubleshooting
Manage site operations including endpoint, AV, and inventory
Administer SaaS applications, identity/access, licenses, renewals, and integrations
Implement automation and integrations across SaaS platforms
What you’ll need
Minimum 4 years technical experience in enterprise-size organization
Strong knowledge of Okta, Google Workspace, Slack, JAMF, and modern SaaS tools
Experience with SSO/SCIM provisioning and integrations/automation
Experience managing SaaS application portfolios and vendor renewals
Comfort owning physical site experience
