About the role
Lead the design and implementation of the World Bank Group's enterprise data, information, and AI governance framework, translating strategy into policies, controls, and sustainable practices while coordinating diverse stakeholders and embedding governance into platforms and delivery processes.
What you’ll do
Design and implement the enterprise data, information, and AI governance framework
Translate strategy into policies, controls, and sustainable governance practices
Coordinate stakeholders and build consensus across senior governance bodies
Embed governance requirements into platforms and delivery processes
Assess governance gaps and risks, resolve issues, and monitor implementation effectiveness
Lead, coach, and develop teams to foster an inclusive, high-performing environment
What you’ll need
Master's degree in a relevant field with at least eight years of experience, or bachelor's degree with at least ten years
Expertise in developing policies, standards, procedures, and governance frameworks
Proven experience implementing data, information, and/or AI governance
Strong knowledge of data, information, and AI governance principles and practices
Experience working with senior governance bodies and diverse stakeholders
Knowledge of relevant standards and frameworks such as DAMA-DMBOK, DCAM, ISO, NIST AI RMF, and EU AI Act
