About the role
Emerald Technologies is looking for a Program Manager to support customer projects for smaller- to mid-size customers by managing relationships, satisfaction, tactical execution, and commercial/contract matters. What you’ll need
At least 2 years of related experience in a relevant manufacturing industry, with 5 years relevant industry experience
Knowledge of manufacturing, Engineering, and Technical Services
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Prior experience driving customer account development
Proficient computer skills: MS Office (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint)
Must qualify as a U.S. Person under the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR)
