About the role
Cerebras is seeking a Head of SOX & Internal Audit to establish and lead its SOX compliance program, build an Internal Audit function, and advise executive leadership on governance and risk.
What you’ll do

Advise executive leadership and the Audit Committee on governance, risk, compliance, and remediation
What you’ll need
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Information Systems, or related field
10+ years of progressive experience in Internal Audit, SOX compliance, Risk Advisory, or public accounting
5+ years in leadership roles managing audit teams and enterprise-wide audit programs
Deep knowledge of SOX, COSO, SEC reporting, ICFR, and Enterprise Risk Management
Experience building or transforming Internal Audit and SOX programs
CPA, CIA, CISA certification
