What you’ll do
Create and refine interfaces and experiences for digital products
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product managers, engineers, and researchers
Apply qualitative and quantitative research insights to inform design decisions
Use AI-assisted tools for concept development, iteration, and prototyping
Communicate design rationale clearly to stakeholders and team members
Proficiency in Figma and modern AI-enabled design workflows
Strong visual design skills including UI, typography, and layout
Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams
Working knowledge of accessibility and inclusive design principles
