About the role
Thrivent is looking for a Senior Product Manager to lead health insurance and claims product teams, owning strategy, prioritization, and measurable business outcomes. The role partners across business and technology to modernize products and improve customer experiences.
What you’ll do
Lead strategy, health, evolution, and business outcomes of Health Insurance and Claims product teams
Set product direction and prioritize investment across insurance servicing and claims capabilities
Partner with business and technology teams to modernize products and improve experiences
Deliver measurable value through product initiatives
Develop business cases, roadmaps, and business unit strategy
Manage budgets across multiple products to ensure return on investment
What you’ll need
Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
10+ years of relevant business experience including product management, product leadership, or Product Owner experience
Expertise in Agile Product Management, stakeholder management, market and user research, technology management, and process design
Demonstrated experience developing product strategy, roadmaps, priorities, and measurable outcomes
Strong analytical, prioritization, decision-making, and executive communication skills
Insurance experience and Certified Product Manager certification preferred
