About the role

What you’ll do
Own end-to-end execution of next-generation ML accelerator chip program
Coordinate engineering workstreams, external partners, and infrastructure
Manage programs with external design partners and IP vendors where you own the outcome
Build and maintain integrated schedules with real dependency modeling
Present crisp status to VP-level audiences, framing decisions clearly
Drive infrastructure capacity planning for large-scale chip development programs
What you’ll need
10+ years managing complex technology projects
10+ years working directly with engineering teams
Deep knowledge of chip development lifecycle: RTL verification, physical design, DFT, timing closure
Experience managing programs with external design partners and IP vendors
Experience with multi-die/chiplet/advanced packaging programs (2.5D/3D integration)
Background in ML accelerator or high-performance compute silicon
