Build talent pipelines and source candidates for Customer Success Group and Tech and Product organizations
Partner with recruiting teams on high-volume hiring
Provide market intelligence to guide sourcing strategies
Write compelling, personalized outreach to convert passive candidates
Manage high volume of sourcing workstreams simultaneously
Deliver candidate pipeline on deadline
What you’ll need
5+ years of recruiting or sourcing experience
Proven track record supporting Sales or Tech and Product hiring in a high-velocity environment
Demonstrated expertise sourcing passive candidates through advanced direct-sourcing techniques
Ability to adapt to shifting priorities and thrive in a fluid, ambiguous environment
Strong written and phone outreach skills, including cold calling
Familiarity with technology/SaaS markets and the Agentic Enterprise value proposition
