About the role
Holland America Line is hiring a Manager, AI Innovation to lead AI discovery, prototyping, and adoption across Holland America Line and Seabourn. This role focuses on developing reusable processes and enablement content while partnering with business and technology teams to drive responsible and scalable AI delivery.

What you’ll need
Bachelor's degree in Business, Data Science, Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Analytics, or related field; or equivalent experience
5+ years of progressive experience in analytics, data science, AI/ML, automation, product management, business transformation, process improvement, consulting, innovation, or related field
Strong working knowledge of generative AI, analytics, automation, prompt engineering, workflow design, and AI-enabled business tools
Proven ability to build or configure practical tools with Microsoft Copilot, Power Platform, low-code/no-code tools, or similar technologies
Strong written communication and facilitation skills with the ability to create playbooks, training materials, and executive materials
Ability to partner with IT, data, security, privacy, architecture, and business operations teams
