What you’ll need

Hands-on experience owning and configuring an ATS or HR system (Greenhouse, Workday, or similar) including integrations
Track record of leading projects from requirements through launch
Strong requirements gathering, process mapping, and documentation skills
Experience partnering with engineers and comfort with light scripting or automation tools
Experience with or strong interest in building AI tools and agents
