Own and build the pipeline for AI agents to develop, test, and ship software
Set technical direction
Support product development
Ensure quality of LLM-powered systems
Ship, review, deploy, and take on-call
Build internal platforms or developer tooling adopted by other engineers
What you’ll need
8+ years of professional software engineering with growing scope
Deep backend and infrastructure experience
Production experience building or running LLM-powered systems
History of building internal platforms or developer tooling
Daily use of AI coding agents with clear opinions on reliability
Strong security instincts and comfort on a small team
