About the role

What you’ll do
Audit ecommerce stores for conversion opportunities
Develop and run evidence-led A/B tests
Partner with marketing, design, and development teams
Improve client results and grow the CRO practice
Create wireframes and test documentation
What you’ll need
5+ years of ecommerce experience with at least 3 years focused on CRO
Shopify themes, apps, checkout, and analytics knowledge
Strong GA4 skills including funnel exploration, segments, events, and ecommerce reporting
Experience with heatmapping and session recording tools such as Hotjar, Microsoft Clarity, or Lucky Orange
Experience setting up and running tests on multiple testing platforms
Track record of audits leading to tests and tests leading to measurable revenue gains
