What you’ll do
Connect business stakeholders with IT teams and translate operational needs into technical requirements
Support enterprise systems and system rollouts
Drive process improvement and continuous improvement initiatives
Generate reports and drive actionable insights from data
Coordinate user acceptance testing (UAT) and technology adoption
Manage process mapping, requirements gathering, and documentation
What you’ll need
Proven experience in business process analysis, continuous improvement, and system implementation support
Hands-on experience with enterprise systems such as WMS, ERP, inventory management systems, and labor management tools
Strong analytical skills to interpret data, generate reports, and drive actionable insights
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and reporting tools
Experience with systems such as AS400, SAP, Kronos, ADP, or similar platforms
Excellent communication and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
