What you’ll do
Lead financial and actuarial engagements for a portfolio of clients
Deliver insights to shape benefit program performance
Collaborate with various teams to ensure superior project execution
Advise small to mid-sized employers on plan design and cost optimization
Present complex financial concepts to executives
Expand client relationships and identify opportunities for additional services
What you’ll need
10+ years in professional services, ideally benefits consulting, brokerage, underwriting, or actuarial
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
Proven ability to lead multiple clients/projects simultaneously and deliver on time/budget
Advanced knowledge of benefit plan design, funding approaches, underwriting principles, and post-employment concepts
Expertise in financial modeling and actuarial techniques, including pricing, reserving, forecasting, and scenario modeling
State Life & Health license (or ability to obtain within 90 days)
