CDW is seeking a Managing Consulting Engineer to lead complex Microsoft 365 Managed Services engagements for multiple clients, providing technical oversight and guiding the engineering team. What you’ll do
Lead complex multi-client Microsoft 365 Managed Services engagements
Provide technical oversight and client guidance
Review and improve solutions
Support the engineering team in delivering Microsoft 365 services
Perform advanced root cause analysis and drive long-term improvements
Develop plans and schedules to complete complex initiatives
What you’ll need
Bachelor's degree plus 7+ years of IT engineering experience, or 11+ years of IT engineering experience
5+ years of large-scale Microsoft 365 experience
Expert-level knowledge of Microsoft 365 workloads
Experience with security, compliance, data protection, and security governance
High-level certifications in primary technical area
Experience with ServiceNow or other ITSM tools in an SLA-based environment
