What you’ll do
Providing strategic and technical advice on BioInvest
Leading threats-led programmes within BioInvest
Collaborating with colleagues on threat-led advice, research and delivery
Integrating threat-led work into BioInvest
Troubleshooting issues and supporting the end-to-end BioInvest process
Analysing biodiversity and prioritisation data
What you’ll need
Graduate or post-graduate qualification in biological science or related field
Strong strategic and systems thinking skills
Excellent communication and facilitation skills
Experience providing strategic and technical advice for planning or investment decisions
Knowledge of invasion ecology, weed and pest management, and NZ biosecurity system
Understanding or willingness to learn Māori tikanga and Te Tiriti o Waitangi
