About the role

What you’ll do
Administer and configure the Empower loan origination system and related digital lending platforms
Support loan workflows, system performance, and regulatory compliance
Manage integrations with third-party vendors and digital lending solutions
Provide user support and act as business liaison
Analyze business processes and recommend technology enhancements
Implement and test technology enhancements and reporting
What you’ll need
3-5 years of experience in loan origination systems administration, lending operations, or banking technology
Experience supporting digital lending solutions, workflow automation, system integrations, and vendor relationships
Strong understanding of mortgage lending processes and regulatory requirements
Experience with system configuration, testing, user support, reporting, and technology implementation
Proven ability to manage multiple projects and analyze business processes
Experience administering Dark Matter Empower or similar loan origination systems preferred
