2+ years of experience in trading or trading systems at a financial institution
Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field
Strong knowledge of at least one asset class such as crypto, fixed income, equities, derivatives, or FX
Strong knowledge of trading/financial charting tools like Bloomberg, TradingView, or ChartIQ
Strong analytical, verbal, and written communication skills
Experience building and scaling enterprise platform products
