About the role

What you’ll do

• Lead global People support for Datadog's Engineering organization
• Manage a global People Business Partner team
• Advise the CTO and Engineering leaders on organizational design, workforce and talent planning, leadership, and execution
• Build strong, layered People Business Partner teams and develop team talent
• Drive people plans that connect business and technology priorities
• Support global growth and change across the Engineering organization

What you’ll need

• 15+ years of progressive HR or People Business Partner experience, including leading teams
• Experience managing people managers and building layered People Business Partner teams
• Trusted partner to C-level executives with judgment and credibility on organizational and talent decisions
• Deep experience in organizational design, workforce planning, succession, talent management, performance management, compensation, change management, and employee relations
• Experience supporting complex global organizations through growth and change, preferably large-scale Engineering organizations of several thousand employees
• Highly analytical, data-driven, with strong coaching and communication skills
