What you’ll do

Oversee planning, governance, and performance tracking
Drive cross-functional execution and integration of financial processes and systems
Manage multi-workstream programs with schedules, budgets, risks, and deliverables
Develop detailed project plans and manage dependencies
Track performance metrics and financial impacts
What you’ll need
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
8–12+ years of program or project management experience
Strong project and program management methodologies and tools
PMP, PgMP, SAFe, or similar certification
Experience with transformation or operational improvement in industrial, construction, electrical, or asset-intensive environments
