Shield AI seeks a Product Strategy & Operations Sr. Lead to drive X-BAT Family of Systems pursuits by developing capture strategy, proposal materials, and customer narratives. The role coordinates cross-functional proposal efforts and improves execution processes in support of defense and government opportunities.
What you’ll do
Develop capture strategies, win themes, and differentiated value propositions
Write and manage RFI, RFP, RFQ, white paper, and solicitation-response materials
Coordinate cross-functional proposal efforts, trackers, dashboards, and reviews
Manage deliverables and deadlines across multiple concurrent efforts
Shape customer narratives and messaging for X-BAT FoS pursuits
Improve operating processes and execution effectiveness
What you’ll need
Bachelor's degree with 8+ years, Master's with 4+ years, or PhD with 2+ years of relevant experience
2+ years in management consulting, capture strategy/operations, business development, or proposal strategy/operations
Experience supporting complex defense, aerospace, intelligence, or U.S. Government pursuits
Exceptional PowerPoint, written communication, editing, and quality-control skills
Experience managing cross-functional workflows, deliverables, and deadlines
U.S. citizenship with ability to obtain and maintain a security clearance
