What you’ll do

Create clear, scalable communications and account plans
What you’ll need
3-4 years in Customer Success, account management, or client services at a B2B SaaS company or agency
Experience managing a large book of SMB or mid-market accounts, owning renewals and driving expansion
Clear, concise writing; comfort with data and dashboards
Agency experience in SEO, content, or performance marketing
Familiarity with SEO or AI Search, Google Analytics, or Google Search Console
Experience building scaled or digital-touch CS programs and early-stage startup process building
