What you’ll do

• Own integrated planning for Commerce Payments
• Drive executive communications and cross-functional alignment
• Translate strategic priorities into actionable roadmaps and operating rhythms
• Partner with Risk, Controls, Legal, and Compliance on governance
• Prepare and present materials to senior leadership
• Manage multiple complex initiatives and maintain momentum amid ambiguity

What you’ll need

• Bachelor's degree required; 7+ years in product strategy, program management, product management, chief-of-staff, or strategy and planning
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple complex initiatives and drive clarity amid ambiguity
• Strong analytical and synthesis skills with ability to structure decisions
• Excellent written and verbal communication and ability to influence across matrixed organization
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools and Jira/Confluence
