About the role
Plexus Worldwide is hiring a UX/UI Manager to lead design for consumer shopping experiences and Brand Ambassador tools, owning the Plexus Design System and driving research, testing, and measurable business outcomes.
What you’ll do
Lead the team shaping consumer shopping experiences and Brand Ambassador business tools
Own and drive the Plexus Design System and its adoption
Guide user research and usability testing
Partner across the business to deliver measurable usability and business improvements
Manage competing priorities and deadlines for self and team
What you’ll need
Bachelor's degree in interaction design, product design, UX, HCI, or related field
Five or more years of UX/UI, product design, or interaction design experience, including at least two years leading teams
Demonstrated experience building or significantly improving a design system
Proficiency with Figma and modern design-system workflows
Working knowledge of accessibility and ability to conduct user research, usability studies, and A/B testing
