What you’ll do
Drive finance-wide transformation across the CFO organization
Lead complex cross-functional initiatives involving AI and workflow redesign
Establish repeatable processes for information gathering and accountability
Design future-state business workflows using first principles
Develop roadmaps, metrics, change management strategies, and communication plans
Drive end-to-end execution of initiatives and post-implementation reviews
What you’ll need
8-10 years of experience in tech transformation
Understanding of end-to-end financial processes (QTC, RTR, STP, HTR)
Extensive project management skills including system implementations
Strong AI and Data & Analytics skillset
Proficiency with JIRA and Asana
Expertise in SAP and Salesforce
